RadOps was founded in 2020 to improve the experience of everyday customers who rely on technology solutions to go about their personal and professional lives.

The company founder, Daniel Kempthorne, has extensive experience in IT operations and is always daydreaming about how to make processes and systems run faster, more accurate and more reliably.

Red Alert

Red Alert is the first product being developed by RadOps. It's a major incident management system, aimed at improving the communication and responsiveness of a business when they experience a major incident or outage to some kind of customer/staff facing service.

Designed to work alongside your existing toolset but with a focus on taking the stress out of managing major incidents. Red Alert will allow faster and more consistent communication to your customers, while redirecting the spotlight from the outage, to how well you kept everyone in the loop.

How is this different to my current ITSM tool?

Red Alert is designed to work along your current ITSM tool(if any) with specific focus on major incidents. For example, if your website goes down, you may have a helpdesk ticket come through to your current ITSM system. At this point, it would ideally be logged in Red Alert(either manually or automatically) with a reference to the initial ticket ID. The incident is then managed in Red Alert as the dedicated major incident management system allowing the team to take advantage of a purpose built platform for major incidents.
